Dr. Łukasz Jasiński (Berlin)

Łukasz Jasiński has been a Research Associate at the Centre for Historical Research of the Polish Academy of Science in Berlin since 2019. From 2009 to 2017, he was part of the curatorial team of the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk. He was co-responsible for the final sections of the museum’s permanent exhibition devoted to politics and diplomacy during the war, post-war retribution, and geopolitical consequences of the war. He published extensively on the Main Commission for Investigating German/Hitlerite Crimes in Poland. He is the author of Sprawiedliwość i polityka. Działalność Głównej Komisji Badania Zbrodni Niemieckich/Hitlerowskich w Polsce 1945–1989 [Justice and Politics. Activities of the Main Commission for Investigating German/Hitlerite Crimes in Poland 1945–1989] (2018).
