Dr. Urszula Kowalska-Nadolna (Poznań)

Urszula Kowalska-Nadolna has been Assistant Professor at the Institute of Slavic Philology at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań since 2013. Her main research interests include contemporary Czech literature; Prague Spring and its impact on the Czech culture, literature, history and national identity; post-1968 Czech exile and dissident circles, literature and politics; historical memory and pop culture. She is author of »Tato noc nebude krátká...« Doświadczenie roku 1968 w czeskiej literaturze emigracyjnej (2015) and »Pan śpiewak, świat widzi ponuro...« Słowiański bard, popularny tekściarz czy ponadczasowy poeta? O twórczości Karla Kryla i Jacka Kaczmarskiego (2016) as well as of numerous articles. She is part of several international projects focusing on the presence of the Holocaust in Central European Literatures and Cultures.
